Rebecca is the Director of Aim 2 Aspire with a diverse range of executive experience and community support knowledge.
Rebecca started her career as a volunteer support worker more than twenty-five years ago. Rebecca then worked in a variety of strategic and leadership positions within small and large For-Purpose Organisations as well as the public sector.
Rebecca’s vision inspired the creation of Aim 2 Aspire as a community support service in the South East Queensland area.
Rebecca oversees all aspects of the organisation and is responsible for implementing the company’s Strategic Plan. Rebecca’s commitment, values and her lifelong passion has been and continues to be, creating inclusive communities where the unique skills, talents and attributes of people are valued, acknowledged and welcomed.
